“Voices on the Line” will be at 6135 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, Ca on Saturday March 1st, 2026 from 11am to 6pm as part of the Dead Media Chat Symposium hosted by writer and artist Claire Evans at this event, Expo 26. The venu is also known as Wilshire Online which is abandoned offices which have been taken over by art galleries. It is next door and run by some of the same people as Barry Magee’s 99 Cent Store installation at 6121 Wilshire and Sizzler gallery at 6145 Wilshire. This is all in conjunction with Art Fair Week here in LA with Frieze and Felix being the main two. Many other satellite airs are seeking to attract similar audiences. The phone will be set up in a conference room in the office space. AI’ll also bring dead media to add to the vibe (2 inch tapes, 1/4 inch tapes, hi8 video tapes, DAT tapes, DVD-RAM discs, VHS tapes, 8 track carts, CDR spindle, and 78s.
