Windows XP will run IE6, IE7, and IE8. You will just need to install three differnt virtual machines since only one version of IE can be run in its original form per machine. There are no limits placed on Windows XP (or any other version) or Parallels regarding how many virtual machines you can have setup inside Parallels. You don't need Vista or Windows 7. For now, XP is fine since it will run all three browsers. You will need to obtain a Windows install disc somehow. Hi Liz.
