		<description>Nick, great post!  Throughout history, changes in technology have caused great disruption for people who had conflicting skill-sets with the new paradigm.  It&#039;s interesting that in the example of SEO, a relatively new trade&#039;s status quo is already being threatened - less than a decade after its inception. Practitioners of SEO will need to pick up a larger toolbox.... or face becoming irrelevant.</description>

		<description>I am not saying anyone has made a mistake.  Most strategies people are using working wheatear they are social media or SEO.  I think it is just good to acknowledge that one decays while the other grows.</description>
